This. John Hammond died in the first book and made it into the second.
Originally, they both died and they were both left on the island. Bringing Malcolm back was a retcon for the 2nd movie.

I found it perfectly believable that he could scare the dinosaurs away with the scent of T-Rex piss

They wanted to pay homage to the triceratops poo scene in the first one. I'll look past it.

Why is JP3 so hated? I didn't like that it was short and could see how some might not like that the kid survived on his own but besides that? And who cares that the Raptors had feathers. They said it was scientifically accurate anyway.

Excluding a million reasons, one that stands out is the dream sequence. That immediately told the audience this movie is fricking hobo diarrhea.

My question to you is: What the frick did you like about the third film? Second question: What drugs were you consuming when you watched it?

You mean the talking Raptor? I forgot about that.

I liked the Spino although the T-Rex should have owned him and the fight should have been MUCH longer. I like the Pteridactals, I liked seeing Alan and Ellie again, it had a decent premise to get Allan back to the island, plus the film was fast paced and didn't drag like part 2.

Actually I was probably hallucinating when I saw it. I just had football conditioning and had a Chalupa from Taco Bell. I had a horrible migraine and puked in the bag just before I saw the film. I did like it upon rewatch though.
