Does it drive anyone else absolutely insane when people don't start at $200 or $400 and then just go down the list?

It does. I guess they are trying to find the Double Jeopardy answer, but it does bother me for some reason.

Yes. I've seen an episode or two where Trebek got annoyed with the contestants for that. They were starting at the bottom and going up and not getting any right and he told them you might get the way this category works if you start with the easier ones.

Anyone catch the College Finals? That kid from Georgetown went HAM on his daily double wages. Was up 9K and dropping 8K on wagers a couple times.
