Hillary Swank is too old, and I'm not a fan
Your age range was 18-35. Swank just turned 35.
Furthermore Angelina Jolie is 34.
You said before, this is based on acting success, not looks, therefore...
1. Hilary Swank
2. Angelina Jolie
3. Kate Winslet
4. Charlize Theron
5. Natalie Portman
6. Reese Witherspoon
7. Anne Hathaway
8. Rachel McAdams
9. Kiera Knightly
10. Rose Byrne

Acting discussions are silly. It's the easiest thing to do in entertainment. Granted there are some terrible actors out there, but those are just anomalies like people who can't whistle. As an example though, look at how many people come off of some other kind of stardom and go to movies. And you realize...."Hey that guy is a good actor!" It's because the majority of human beings on this earth can do it. (Ice-T, Will Smith, Ice Cube, Justin Timberlake, Tim Mcgraw, Donnie and Mark Wahlberg, Dwight Yoakam, Queen Latifah, Nelly, The Rock<-- I guess technically he was already an actor, Shaq, Phil Fulmer, Nick Saban) Ok, the last 3 were jokes, but you get my drift. Now, look at actors that try to go become singers or rappers. This turns out bad everytime I've seen it.
