Vanilla Ice

Johnny Abdul, Rock Star

Crystal Waters, My songs are mindless

Sir Mix a lot

More Michael Jackson

There were a lot more.

I doubt it.

Pretty sure that skit was just a reaction to the Gulf War at the time.

My all-time favorite is 'Mr.Ugly Man'- Shabba Ranks. To realize how funny it is, you really needed to be old enough to have known who that was in 1991.

The Snow 'Imposter' one is funny too.

There was a brilliant Tracy Chapman one were she writes a fast song..

But yes. In living color excelled at the parodies.

When Michael Jackson got arrested in his black or white video was legit

Uh oh he's up again...

ILC is so fricking great. The Jim Carrey Snow one may be the best one, when he starts covering up his mouth like he doesn't know the words.

Back in the day FX (I think) used to play reruns at like 5 and 5:30, then the same ones at 10 and 10:30, and I used to watch the early ones and pick out which skits I liked the best and then record them manually with my VCR during the late episodes. I used to record all of the music parodies. Good times..
