How does Graham Norton get such big guests and guest lists on his show?

What is the magic ingredient.

I am always astounded by the talent he can bring to the couch...and that this show is across the pond of all things.

My guess is that they don't have fifty celebrity talk shows like we have over here.

I’m not expert of British late night but I think he’s their main late night talk guy, equivalent of jimmy Fallon with less competition.

I think his show is aired around the planet. If you're pitching a product you would get a great deal of exposure from an appearance.

He has one show a week and he's not really competing with anyone

As opposed to here where we essentially get 30 episodes of late night talk show a week
