So a friend lets me borrow his DVD's is that illegal? With torrents all I'm doing is borrowing a copy of his anyway.

Has XBMC evolved? Last time I looked, it was just a media center. Don't get me wrong, it is nice. But without content, you have nothing. XBMC is a pretty way to organize your own media library. Netflix is a subscription to access someone else's library.
I have never used it on an Xbox but I would say yes to answer your question. You can load XBMC on Windows,Mac,tablets, jailbroken phones...etc. I have it on two raspberry pi's and an Apple TV 2. I have watched whole series of Breaking Bad and Dexter through XBMC. I would say there it's harder to find a show or movie that's I can't find on XBMC. There are lot's of different add-ons that different people have made to scrape different websites with videos or youtubes for different interests. Go take a look around XBMC Hub dot com and there are a lot of useful answers there. In short it is amazing what XBMC can do now

I'm not saying I never use them but to act like you aren't stealing is funny.
