I agree with most on here that the way they ended it with Robin, Ted, and the mother makes me angry still.

Btw there’s no way Barney and Ted are still friends by the end of the show right? I feel like they both just don’t talk to each other after passing robin back and forth like a hot potato

Been watching the final season, gotta day. They completely shite the bed on the final season. I’m on episode 9 and 24 hours have passed.

I absolutely love HIMYM. I’m sure some will have feathers rustled mostly due to the ending but it’s humor is on point with the stage of life I was in when discovering it (around season 6) and the story just lands. There’s flaws, just like everything, but I don’t look for perfection. I look for entertainment and HIMYM has that in droves throughout its run. One of my favorite sitcoms.
I was kinda bummed with the ending, in large part because in such a short time I really grew to like the Mother and found she was perfect for Ted. Her presence throughout the last season is cool though. How Your Mother Met Me is one of the show’s best episodes.
Also yes, Lily is super hot in the early to mid seasons, but has some really irredeemable qualities.
