HBO Getting On

The first two episodes have been some of the funnier things I've watched on HBO. What's everybody else think about it?

Really good so far, kinda in a "first 3 seasons of the office" type of way. Hope it stays real funny and doesn't try to become cartoon funny.

I am enjoying this show. I laughed so hard when that old lady kept calling that male nurse "Fat Fairy".

I liked the first two episodes. The bipolar old lady in the last episode was funny as hell.

Really enjoying it. Tuned in for Niecy Nash, but I enjoy the whole cast. Metcalf is gold.

I thought the first 5 minutes or so of the Pilot was funny but the next 15 were so bad I had to turn it off. Haven't watched any of it since. I might give it another shot if it starts getting good reviews I guess

Probable series finale was last week. I thought it was a great show that was extremely well acted(aunt Jackie from Roseanne should win an Emmy for her role). I hope they give it another year, but apparently ratings sucked. Anybody on here who hasn't watched or only watched the first episode then quit' should give it another chance. People that enjoy newer BBC comedies will really like the "feel" of Getting On. It feels like the most faithful British comedy adaptation we have ever seen in the US. I just dug it and wish more would watch so we get another season.
