So instead of nearly everything they produce being high quality, they are going to produce tons of crap that we have to navigate through to get to the occasional good show.

To be fair, their hit rate has been much lower over the past 10 years. Mostly because they weren’t the only game in town that allowed you to do whatever you want and had credibility.

Netflix started winning awards and shelling out major cash and it left them a little limp, thus the change.
