scott hall/razor ramon got screwed by bot wwf and wcw. they put his ceiling at intercontinetal/u.s. title and wouldn't give him a chance to get the big belt. bullshite if you ask me because the guy was a great performer when he was on his game.

Razor Ramon Ladder Match vs. anyone ='d money. Him vs. Shawn Michaels is probably my favorite match of all time.
I agree about the ceiling they put on him. Michaels and Nash (Diesel) competed and won the Heavyweight title while Hall competed for the US and IC over and over.

1. Piper (a crime he never went over at least once)
