What in the hell? I knew there was something screwy with their rating system but that is insane.

You browsing on your Smart TV or some kind of old app?
I don't think Netflix uses stars anymore. It's thumbs up/down.
My Smart TV has an average of 3 stars for a lot of older Netflix movies.

It’s the built in app on dish. I just looked on my phone and saw there aren’t any stars or thumbs.

I’m pretty sure it gives/gave users an option to vote after the end of the movie
