I'm on a rewatch with my sister. My God, the Mountain in season 2 was awful. Thank God they replaced him...can't imagine the Oberyn fight against this guy.

I probably should wait for someone to start the Ep. 9 thread, but the Wall battle scene previews are kinda underwhelming. Looks like they might go with the fighting in dark rooms and places to save money route. Maybe they just chose not to show some of the better scenes but from what I could see they're not going with a Blackwater budget here.

I agree...I think the Wall battle has been a letdown, and IMO a lot of that is because they pushed it back to E9 (when in reality/based on the chronology it should've been in E5ish). The pacing of the season would've been better too and they would've had enough time to have Stannis's offer, Jon becoming LC, and him bringing the Wildlings into the fold.
So is all of E9 going to be at the Wall? Like no King's Landing, the North, Dany (
