So I am talking to my 14 year today and she says her friends are talking about this show and I am like WTF. She actually thought it was a current show.

I happen to goto Netflix tonight and Friends is a trending show. What the hell is going on? Anyone else seeing this?

Early seasons Chandler is always on contention for best sitcom character.

They ruined him later in the show.

It's always been popular. Its reruns get much higher ratings than any of the progressive filth on television today.

His character went south when he started dating Monica. Most of the dialogue between them was so cheesey and gooey and forced at times. Chandler worked much better as Joey's sarcastic roommate.

It's still a great show from start to finish though.

Its probably trending because college humor just released a friends themed divergent parody.

Spoiler alert: its about as funny as you'd expect.

Yeah, but 80's kids started it.

Pac-Man, He-Man, First Blood, A-Team, Red Dawn, Trading Places, Die Hard, Ferris Bueller, Ghostbusters, Bloodsport, Terminator, Top Gun, Goonies, Karate Kid, Rocky IV, frick you all - you can't compete.

Most 90's shows were trash.

Usually things evolve.

It's amazing how 90's shows were trashier than 80's shows - which were somehwat smart like Cheers and Night Court, etc.

90's shows were fu-fu - and Full House for kids and Friends for Adults epitomized it.

I was sick over Christmas and binge rewatched the entire series. It’s still great.

Just rewatched for a second time on Netflix. Not many shows had as big of a following as friends. One of my favorites of all time

I remember back in the nineties when you'd better not even think about calling up a white girl on a Thursday night while Friends was on.
