I said I’m happy with the Fantastic 4 coming in. Yeah, that’s a disaster with a great Rogue Gallery that needs justice, and it is one that can take over Post-Thanos.
I just don’t want X-Men and their antagonists being a part of it. Keep that one major property separate under 20th Century Fox and let them be their own thing.

It's not a sure thing that Disney gets the FF4. Fox does not own it them, they only license it.
