I wasn't trying to be a jerk by asking, really wasn't. I guess I'll think they're clips ons then.
I did think about the red sun thing, but her body would heal through it later.
It made me think of one of the movies that had Superman's hair with a 10000 lb ball hanging from it. I can't remember exactly but it was something like that.
I'm sure I'll watch it, but not in theatres. I watched the new Superman, but I didn't think it was as good as I wanted it to be.

It may not heal through it as long as something is blocking the connective tissue. Humans earholes heal too, but only once the piercing is removed.
Good pt abt Superman's hair. It's super strong, but he cuts his hair by ricocheting his heat vision off of a mirror. Kara may have pierced her ears the same way.

They'd probably be rolling their eyes at your comment. Many comics creators were constantly adding to and changing elements of their creations.
And Siegel and Shuster didn't create Supergirl.
