FEAR (1996) underrated 90's movie

I just watched this movie for the first time in year's and I have to say I'm still impressed by it after 16 years. It has a solid cast of Mark Walberg, Reece Witherspoon, Alyssa Milano, and Willam Petetson. The movie has great music throughout As well ( still remember wild horses in the Ferris wheel scene)
What do you guys think of this movie?
I feel it's one of the more underrated movies of the 90's.

i've always been a fan of this movie for some reason. the scene where mark's character is running in the woods and snaps the dudes neck freaked me the F out.
also, the roller coaster scene was my first exposure to very light porn.. will NEVER forget that.
hopefully i can find it in the $5 bin one day.
