I'll make the pitch for the helicopter/crazed paranoid scene in Goodfellas.
The medley of Jump into the Fire/Memo from Turner/Magic Bus/Monkey Man/What is Life/Mannish Boy combined with the filmed events is just perfect. And this scene comes not too long after the Layla scene which is also in the discussion.
Oh, and I didn't see Cameron Crowe films - so I'll pitch In Your Eyes from Say Anything and Tiny Dancer from Almost Famous.
