Directv retention deals still good.

FWIW - just got off the phone with Directv. I had a 12 month $40 credit end in February. Called and they gave me $60 credit for another 12 months.
Customer since 2009 so that may have helped. Still though, my bill will be around $65 for 12 months.

My credits are up in May and will do the same. Hopefully get ticket too.

I was able to pretty much immediately get to the loyalty department by answering the first question ‘cancel service’ and then answer ‘no’ when they ask if you are canceling due to moving.
