I know I am in the minority for thinking this, but I do not like Jimmy Fallon's show. Fallon seems like a cool dude, but I don't like his show.
I think Colbert is a homerun pick to replace letterman.
Jimmy Kimmel is my favorite late night show as of now. When Colbert takes over I will definitely have to watch him some though.

You're not in the minority. Most people do not watch his show.

Jimmy Fallon is laughing his arse off hearing his competition will be Stephen Colbert
No shite. Fallon will have 2nd place locked up for a while.

Most people do not watch his show.
since Fallon's Tonight Show debut:
quote:Fallon's first week on the Tonight Show was the most watched week of the Tonight show in 20 years.
NBC “Tonight,” 6.115 million viewers
CBS “Late Show,” 2.721 million viewers
ABC “Kimmel,” 2.540 million viewers
A lot of people on this board don't like him. But, there are a ton of people that watch him. Right now, he's the most watched, by a long shot. Frick, Seth Meyers and his trainwreck of Late Night was only 700,000 viewers behind Letterman and Kimmel last week.
