cox cable customers, does your picture/cable signal randomly cut out ?

I know for sure on my TVs which dont have a cable box, the signal will cut out for 2-3 seconds at a time randomly. (not live sports broadcasts, recorded shows)
I dont think this happens on TVs with cable box but im not positive.
just wanted to see if this happens to anyone else, this shite pissed me off
