Pretty good cast for an indie flick, with several of them having been in SUITS. Not the most uplifting movie out there, hits pretty hard at times, but also digs into some real world sciency stuff. Sort of a mix of Contact meets 3 Body Problem, with some of the heart of Interstellar.

I think they could have eased up a bit on the cosmic 'woo-woo' stuff, but it was fine for this story. The producer says " Clara was aimed at teenagers and women in their twenties, and science fiction fans in general". So there is that.

Unfamiliar with Troian Bellisario, but her dad is the producer and screen writer for a shite ton of shows like NCIS, Quantum Leap and a bunch of others.

I never saw Suits or Pretty Little Liars, which is what she's most famous for, I suppose.
