Child's Play Series

I remember watching these movies as a kid on USA Network. Will this franchise ever return to the big screen? The VOD Curse of Chucky was surprisingly good and returned to it's roots after the terrible Seed of Chucky. The last scene of Curse was 
. My favorite still remains Child's Play 2. The climax at the toy store was great.

I enjoyed Curse as well. Very good sequel to be direct to video. And much closer to the first 3 films rather than the Bride and Seed.

I am pretty sure they released a new one about 2 years ago or so. So it came back to the big screen, you just didn't go see it. lol

That Chucky doll haunted me for years, I would stare at my door every night until I fell asleep.
It was the most frustrating thing ever watching a doll do what it did. I would have cut that little bitch into 1000 pieces and then set those pieces to fire.

Once it became the "Chucky" series, and not Child's Play, it went to shite.
The first two are really good, and the third one isn't amazing but it's still intense and has a sense of dread. There is none of that in the Chucky films.

I'd be surprised if there aren't plans to reboot this franchise already in he works..Hollywood is so reboot crazy these days.

The plan was to reboot years ago. Then, Curse of Chucky did much better and was a sort of an ode to the original movies than Seed or Bride of Chucky.
Now, they will just make a 7th film
