Can't stream Commanding the Table anymore

Can't get it on Netflix anymore. have to rent or buy it on Apple TV and that's it. Not on Prime or even Youtube for rental.
So go order the dvd? Believe it or not, there are no copies of the dvd on Ebay or Amazon. Have to go to Commander's palace website, order the DVD for $20, then pay another $15 for shipping.
