A friend of mine went to Germany and did the diet change, alternative treatments, etc. He was dead in 18 months (funeral was 3 weeks ago). I admire him for going all out and doing everything he could to live. He probably did extend his life a bit and didn’t have to go through the misery of chemo but after two trips to Germany and many thousands of dollars spent, it really didn’t do much for him.

But then you'd have to rely on fat cells and proteins to survive. it takes a little time for the body to adjust but it obviously can be done

I think you can just change to a keto diet filled with fats and protein. Probably would have to workout regularly as well to make sure your body isn't storing any excess fat.

Right, so the diet change he did was after the fact. So any preventative benefits that could have been gained by eating a different diet were long in the rearview mirror for him.
I will say this though, in the last few weeks his doctor finally told him he had no time left and the decision was made for him to go on hospice care at home. He immediately ditched the healthy, cancer fighting diet and ordered a meat lovers pizza. Happiest I saw that man in the 18 months he was fighting his cancer was when he was eating that pizza.

Diet cannot kill cancer, don’t be a dumbass.
There was some guy years ago that claimed on Ripley's Believe it or Not that he cured his cancer by eating rotten meat.
This guy was given a few months to live so he decided to travel and ended up somewhere remote in the far North with Eskimos, he explained his condition and the reason why he was traveling to experience things before he died...so they gave him rotten meat at dinner and said that it would cure him.
He ate it as he had nothing to lose and became violently ill that night with food poisoning and remembers passing out however the next morning he felt remarkably well and so continued the diet of rotten meat. Months later the doctors found that the cancer had completely disappeared.
He has a website where he says the bacteria and other parasites in rotten meat help your immune system eat away/clean away all the cancerous unhealthy tissue.
He places meat into mason jars and let them rot out in the sun for weeks.
Then he would eat the spoiled meat and he claimed it cured his lymphoma.

Do you know which organs use glucose the most? Hint, here's an 18F-FDG scan.
