I think you may be on to something. Like I said previoulsy, Tuco's death will not go without reprisals. We also can't forget about Uncle Tio. He may figure into something later on.

I also think the illegals who found Tuco's grill in the river are going to be a factor down the road.
This will definitely come back to haunt Hank. And I agree that something bad will happen to him and it may take Walt busting some heads to save him.

I think its going to play the other way. Hank finds out about Walt's operation and has to make choice between family and job. He will choose family and help Walt out. Hank seems to be dissatisfied with the job and having some problems of his own there.
If the lawyer character is involved with the Cartel, he probably stole from them or something. Guys a douche with a capital D. He won't be a major player for long.

Tuco wiped out all of his own capos before Hank got em. No one left to avenge him.

Either one would be great to see.
Walt probably feels very obligated since Hank has told him he'll look out for his family if the cancer takes him.
We also know Hank has looked the other way when his wife was shoplifting and he talked about getting the hooker for Walt jr.
Both are capible of working outside the accepted norm.

What about Tuco's cousins who were on their way to get Tuco, Walt, and Jessie (if they could find room for him in the trunk) from Uncle Tico's house?

Those guys no longer matter. They do not have the quality product anymore and have been priced out of the market. They no longer have the resources to do anything.

forgot about these, these guys have got to be looking for two gringo's. I'm sure Tuco mentioned them to his cousins

Tuco killed people that worked for him regularly. Hard to imagine anyone would want to get revenge for him. They are probably happy he is gone.

That guy could have ratted but did not. Maybe those guys were connected with the Cartel someway and not the lawyer.

my thought on that, is he didn't rat because they don't like DEA agents either and since they are a proud people they want to handle it within the family. I think

yea, and no telling how he might elect to handle it. Didn't he crap in his pants while all the DEA guys were in the interogation room just to piss them off!

I think Tuco's family is going after Hank, Walt, and Jessie.
