Gus and Mike have insiders in the DEA.
Hell, look at season five when Hank and crew go to Lydia's office. Mike calls her and tells her she has 30 seconds before they get there.
Maybe Mike was sitting outside her office watching her door, but most likely, one of those four guys was dirty. It's not interesting to think it's a random cop or agent. It's not going to be Hank. Gomez is the logical conclusion.

I need to re-watch the 1st part of this Season to get ready.
I get some vibe that he's into something dirty.Maybe Saul will go into Witness Protection and Gomy will execute him for Walter.

Sauls spinoff has not been confirmed. Even the fact that its a possibility and that they've already filmed the finale means Saul is safe though.
