I think Oded Fehr has the Dornish look.
I like Fehr, but he doesn't quite fit the look of the Viper to me, he's more middle eastern looking than Spanish/Italian, which is what I picture.
I kinda picture a more Italian looking version of Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as the Viper.
They usually confirm all the castings, many of them are confirmed by the San Diego Comic Con usually, as they start filming at the end of July for the next season.

Some posters on other boards suggested various Indian actors for the Dornish and I thought that the Dornish had more of a Mediterranean look. Could easily picture them looking Italian, Greek, Turkish, Spanish (Moor), Israeli, Lebanese. But not Arab, Persian, or Indian for that matter; that's more of some of those cities in Essos.

The non readers in the Mhysa scene opinion thread are catching on to Dany's story being the same old rehashed crap 
.
I feel kind of bad for them, and for us at the same time. We're led to believe how important she is after book 1 and her story falls to shite.
For all the epic storylines that will occur next season, her story better take its place on the back burner of the stove. Otherwise I need to make a few phone calls to D and D.

There is really not that much difference between Persian, Israeli, Turkish for what we are discussing, all three are fairly close. None really hit the look for how the Viper is described to me, all are more Essos than Dornish to me.
Oded just is a bit too swarthy and has never hit the level of swagger and walking sex I would expect from the Viper.
I think darker Italian, Spanish, and Greek would hit more of what the book describes.
