Interesting theory that I found:
Apparently they did this on BB Canada once. Make the comp so easy that you can get away with it because the rules never said otherwise.

Tyler is set either way.
Take down Brett and JC, Scottie or Angela go up. Leave them the same and he can rally the votes to save Brett without pissing the other side off, but you also risk losing trust from everyone in L6 and there’s a slim chance the girls in L6 finally flip.
Either way he can win this week.

I’d hate to see him go but he deserves to be put up. He’s playing every side too hard and if there’s a chance to get him out I think they’d take advantage.

No but if Tyler uses the veto it would have to happen next week. If Rachel tells him about her power then he'll have to know she's coming for him.
In a perfect world, someone in L6 besides Tyler wins HOH and Bayleigh enters the ceremony clueless thinking she's about to blindside Tyler.
If that happens, no way he doesn't play it. But it's all about Bayleigh thinking he's clueless.
