Don't think so. Russell Hantz's cousin tried to go after a guy early in that season, but was restrained and kicked off the show. He might have shoved him, but no punches thrown.
And that meathead guy on Jeff and Jordan's season got in Jeff's face, but it didn't go anywhere.
Only two I remember where things nearly got physical.

This should be Tylers move this week.
1. Get confirmation from Sam that she will use her power to return Brett to the game (Winston would be the better option, but Sam might not go for it).
2. Inform Brett, and the rest of L6 plus JC that the power will be used in Brett, and they should vote Brett out.
3. Evict Brett, giving Scottie what he wants, but knowing he will be probably walking back in.
4. L6 member must win HOH, and then they pick between Scottie, Kaitlyn, Rockstar to go up. Any of those 3 going home next is a nice win for them. They need to win a damn competition though.
