watched it wednesday night
it was neat hearing from the actual guys involved and the actors for a series that far back, I had forgotten it premiered the same year of 9/11

they've had panel discussions at the D Day Museum New Orleans with the actors in the series as well

good stuff

they were definitely tasked with some of the toughest battles on the European front from D-day culminating with the Battle of the Bulge - that must have been pure hell
