I’m also not an anime guy, the only thing I can get into is the Studio Ghibli stuff. I’ve tried Archane, Attack on Titan, etc, etc..Miyazaki’s work seems to be the only content I really enjoy watching.

Samurai Champloo if you like Cowboy Bebop (same creator) and love badass samurai fights. Top 5 anime soundtrack as well.
