Let me just get this off my chest before I finish supper. I am fricking pissseedd!! My parents have been having power surges at their house, well they called Entergy(I freaking hate Entergy) and before they came out, they had another one and it blew up my son's PS3 
Entergy left without saying word, telling them what was wrong etc. I told my mother, who can be quite the bitch, she better take care of the PS3 through them and not let me call. Hence my bad mood.

I don't know about Entergy because I have Demco, but they offer a surge protection for a extra fee every month, and if something would happen to any of your electronics they will pay for it.

I doubt my parents have that, but by God Entergy is going to pay for it. The thing is only 15 months old, just out of warranty.
