I think that you'd be hard pressed to find a star actress whose first role was on Seinfeld, but it was a nice boost (or bust, in Terri Hatcher's case) for their careers.
One would be Jennifer Coolidge (Stifler's Mom, Best in Show, Mighty Wind, etc.) Her first listing on imdb.com is as "The Masseuse" on Seinfeld.
Frasier's Daphanie had already made a splash on other sitcoms (Murphy Brown), but playing "The Virgin" on Seinfeld made her a piece of TV history.
