I just started it yesterday. I'm on episode 7 right now, will probably finish season 1 tonight.
I figured this thread wouldn't have spoilers. Then I read Eddard dies. Now I'm real mad. Oh God. DOES LITTLE FINGER KILL NED? Just finished episode 7. I was gonna stop for dinner but now I have to watch another

OH man, that sucks that you found that out . I went into season 1 spoiler free and was totally shocked when that happened. Unfortunately, after season 2, I read spoilers from books 3-5 and know every death happening in season 3 . I really don't want to get into specifics about Littlefinger...but LF knows how to play the game

I think I'd have seen it coming anyway just because Joffrey is such a little shite. What a worthless, pompous brat. He's gonna get what's coming to him, I'd bet money on it.

No idea who that is, but if he can make that little prick look like a kitten he must be about as vile as Hitler.
ETA: Just watched the last episode of season 1. I FRICKIN' KNEW THE EGGS WOULD HATCH! Oh man. I'm super excited to see what happens with this. Daenerys is totally gonna be riding dragons like her brother was talking about.
