Yeah the list of 4D attractions I've been to off the top of my head:
Muppets, The Little Mermaid,Captain EO, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, Philharmagic,WWII museum, Shrek, and It's Tough to be a Bug.
There are others but I've seen these in person. It's more than just smells too. The Little Mermaid uses bubbles, lasers, while Captain EO has the whole seating section rumbling and moving. There are some really cool effects but I just can't imagine it for a full length feature.
