It has brief gore (pictures of shark attack victims) and some brief, hard to see nudity when a woman goes skinny dipping at night.

I was way younger than 13 when I saw it...only fricked me up a little bit

Just watched it. I've seen it more times than I can count but never in a theatre. It certainly was an experience. Shaw was like a goddamn rocketship going across the movie. Highly recommend.
