Dolan Flushed With Chips
Posted 2 minutes ago by thkcduckworth

On a flop of Ah 10c 7h , John Dolan found himself all in against Robert Pisano.

Dolan: Qh Jh
Pisano: 9c 8c

With Dolan in the lead, he would still need to avoid an jack, nine, eight or six that wasn't a heart.

The 2c on the turn opened up a backdoor flush draw for Dolan to avoid, and when the 5h landed on the river, he doubled to over 2,100,000 as Pisano slipped to 2,800,000 in chips.

Just happened

His FB profile pic is better. I'm the drunk guy on the left and the guy in the middle is the guy I traveled with Mike after Dolan beat him HU for the title

FYI- PokerNews is the site for following most tourneys. Tony G is the main owner I think, and they have a pretty large staff that follows the WSOP alone.

Affleck just hit a big hand. He's up to 6.9 mil.

quote:

Just before the break, Matt Affleck took a huge pot off of Sergey Rybachenko. The pair made it to the river at which point the board was queen-high and showed three diamonds. Affleck put in a bet of 700,000 and Rybachenko called.

Rybachenko had Kh Kd , but Affleck had 7d 6d for the flush. Affleck returns from break to a stack of 6.94 million, while Rybachenko is down to 890,000
