Woj & Shams

I am late to the party and confused by the whole Woj and Shams jobs and jokes. I am trying to understand "nba culture" better and haven't grasped Woj and shams yet

I know Woj " breaks news with bombs" and is mainly a mouth piece for agents. I don't get the inside joke about Woj break my knees or sleep with my wife that people use on twitter

I have no idea what Shams does besides post breaking news that Woj posted 3 minutes before him. I also can't understand nor hear him in any of his interviews.

Also trying to figure out why every nba journalist hates Woj and the ringer staff was trying to troll him as much as possible.
