Plus, he got accused of the same thing TWICE.
If all it takes is accusations to get players suspended these days there are going to be a lot of players suspended in the future.

If he gets less suspension for an actual crime (there is a tape) than Ben R for being in the wrong place at the wrong time (remember, Ben was NOT CHARGED with any offense), Ben R should sue on grounds of reverse racism.
If big ben didn't play in the NFL, he'd be Ben the bus driving rapist.

I really don't understand why superstar athletes go into strip clubs. Honestly. I can't think of anything good that comes out of it. Somebody always gets shot, gets in a fight, rapes a woman....They are just plain stupid going to those places in the beginning.
For every high profile incident that the media obsesses over, there are THOUSANDS of visits to strip clubs, bars, and night clubs by athletes where ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY HAPPENS.

It's more than just accusations, particularly in Ben's case.
He's as innocent of rape as OJ was of murder.

no difference in the fact that they both did that shite

Both got off on technicalities. No fricking difference.
I know a guy in law enforcement here in the Atlanta area who is a DIE HARD Steelers fan. Even he says that Ben did it but got off--and he spoke to some people at GBI about it.

murder you have a dead body. rape case like this you have one person's word over another. we will never know the truth. you can have an opinion but you simply don't really know.

Donte Stallworth never went to jail for murder.
ETA: He went to jail for 30 days for murder.

thankfully I don't need visual evidence like u do to think someone is a scumbag.
Best case scenario=Ben is a sleaze who likes to prowl college bars despite being almost 30, get women drunk so he can have sex in a bathroom with them. That alone IMO makes him a scumbag

i agree he is a scumbag and that's what i think happened. doesn't mean he's a rapist. if so then half of Baton Rouge would be in jail on any given weekend night cause I guarantee you they're not buying girls drinks to help bar sales.

In fact he was never even charged with murder
