So, from a former trainer perspective, players hearts stopping in the middle of a game is a (thankfully) very rare occurrence.

I mean it wasn’t that long ago that a Kevin Ware injury happened in a well-televised NCAA Tournament game and they still continued playing. Those kind of injuries isn’t going to stop play.

A guy’s heart literally stopping? Yeah. And it should.

Again I am not sure this post will land well on this board. About 80% of the posters here we be dangling from a reinforced beam intentionally cutting off their oxygen and stopping their hearts as part of their nightly self pleasure routine.

Yes. And they postponed the game a couple hours. However the player was ok after the heart attack.
