Dude. You see alley oops all the time. Pick and Rolls are VERY common too.

Yes, in every single NBA game. I don't even know what to tell you if you don't think NBA teams run pick and rolls

When was the last time you watched an NBA game? I really hope you're trolling

The lockout no doubt had an effect. Your linked article is not referring to a long term decline. It's only talking about the first half of this season. If you look closer, you'll find the NBA audiences have increased over the last 10-15 years

another thing I left out is the need to call 3 sec violations in the nba

They get called. How much do you watch the sport?

this.

some people who are diehard NBA fans just don't want to accept the truth or they just don't understand basic economics. they are usually the same people who act as if the pathetic fan support and attendance our local Hornets/Pelicans have consistently received since day one of being in NOLA is no big deal either.

except the last 2(15) minutes of a playoff game, that's the way I see it, no traveling, palming, three second calls(to generate highlights I suppose, have you ever watched some of the drives through the lane in slo-mo?) it's ugly brutal bball with no finesse
ETA: Lebron seems to be allowed the most steps without dribbling at about 4

Why does prison suck so bad? Why does welfare suck so bad? All 3 of those things are pretty similar!

Would you guys actually go read the fricking details? The NBA had record numbers until this year. There was a fall off this year but one reason is that they had record ratings previously.

How is there an entire 5 minute video on there dedicated to the Spurs using pick and rolls against the Lakers? Some guy on TD just told me that NBA teams don't run pick and rolls

Apparently Livingston Parish receives entirely different broadcasts.

Interesting thing I've noticed about Weebs is that he bitches about something for which he says there is no solution . . . that it's just the way things are . . . and then bitches about it some more as if bitching accomplishes something.

I only looked at 2012 and 2013.

I don't care enough to post links to refute you, but I know even their playoffs havent done well in recent years.

I'll await you posting some links to back up,your assertions.

I know every league has entitled players but NBA players' entitlement is on a whole other level.

no its called bringing out facts. which is something Hornets fans like yourself don't want to hear. I swear some of you act as if the poor fan support and attendance this team have received from day one is nothing to worry about.

there is a reason why the Hornets sat on the shelf for so long without an owner. they had potential buyers lined up with intentions of moving the team to a better basketball market, but the NBA used the Hornets as a charity case to help "rebuild" New Orleans and it was a good PR move for them. the issue isn't even completely about attendance, its more so the simple fact that the Gulf South is an awful basketball market.

even when the Hornets had a top 5 player in the NBA with Chris Paul and playoff teams on the floor, the fan support was only good for ONE season. (08-09).
