Why do DBs not just a push the guy trying to get 2 feet in out?

Guy for the Jags has an easy opportunity to push our Amendola without letting him get the second foot in for the TD.
See it all the time and force outs were eliminated, so can’t understand it not being done.

I was thinking the same thing. Since they changed the force out rule, I would think all defensive backs would be taught to do it.
