why did gary patterson go away from what was working twice?

first time on the fg, they march down the field, and then for some idiotic reason, they run a qb sweep twice

and then at the end, that stupid frickign play by dalton


tcu SHREDDED boise on the quick outs and crossing routes. no clue why they changed up their offense on two of their more impressive drives once they got in boise territory

best I can think is that the short underneath passes and crossing routes work best when there is a deep threat but theat deep threat is limited by the field in the red zone.

but I thought the calls were dumb too.

Didnt he check into those calls? I dont know what their rules are, but it seemed odd.

why would a defensive minded head coach be calling the plays?
