Add in the Texas schools from the Southland as well for fall 2021 - Sam Houston, Stephen F Austin, Abeline, and Lamar. The WAC is going to jump back up to FBS in a few years supposedly.

The Southland conference will be awful, but a Louisiana team will have a better chance of making March Madness.
