Yeah he handled it well because she kept asking about it basically and then FSU admin pulled him...SMH @ ESPN just like somebody else said they won't do nothing like that to Saban

True, but why even ask them? Like other said one is appropriate but what's the point of asking multiple? Dude just took his team to the ship as a freshman.
It was a shitty line of questions and the dude behind him was right to pull him away.

She has to ask those questions. It'd be a shite job to have to ask players questions like those.

I don't agree. Ask him 2 or 3 questions about the game and then ask him the question on everyone's mind, but don't badger him. It was demeaning to Winston. Shouldn't have happened.

From the dialogue between the FSU SID and the on-scene E$ECPN producers, those questions had not been okayed by FSU.
That is a lack of journalistic integrity, and as someone here stated, what that POS network has become-- the TMZ of the sports world.

Where do bama fans come from?

Good for him. I hate that shite. Idk if he did it or not, but thats just shitty questions and drama stirring.

Jameis is on of my favorite people to watch get interviewed because of his facial expressions and unselfish answers. He will either start refusing interviews or take a lesson from Crash Davis to work on his clichés

Obviously not from schools that have Journalism, Media, Communications, or Sports Management degrees.

Agreed. I'm not condoning her asking the questions. It was a low blow and ESPN is a joke(no surprise). All I meant by her having to ask those questions, whether he answered them or not, is that ESPN will go to every length to report a story first. So, being Jameis didn't talk during the investigation, she asked the questions hoping to get a response, which is answers not yet reported by anyone.

Same, enjoy how sincere and animated he is in his interviews.

That's not the time nor the place to answer those questions. Regardless of the motive
Posted on 12/8/13 at 11:06 am to bbeck
I wouldn't have a problem with one question framed along the lines of would you care to answer now and if not, I understand.
Posted on 12/8/13 at 11:06 am to maine82
Man, can a FSU booster hook Jameis up with some crest white strips.
And if you close your eyes and just listen to him talk in that interview, he sounds like this guy:
