I just think the fact that they will have to play four full quarters of football will be the reason TCU loses.

Not being a dick, but when have they really haven't had to do this outside of a game or two against much lesser opponents.

Much more depth and size up front will be too much, and Wisconsin really wants to be there too.

I will give you two of three but a solid defense does not give up 23 points to NW or Minnesota, or 20 to Indiana, or 14 to SJSU.

BTW TCU is ranked 5th in points per game only .1 less than Wisconsin and 496 more total yards.

Im thinking TCU by 10.

I have a clue...and so does many other people...

This is going to be the classic size vs speed match up with Wisconsin's o-line averaging 6'5.5" and 320 pounds and TCU d-line averaging 6'2" 260 pounds from the stats that I have found...

If I had to guess what Wisconsin is going to do is what they do best and run straight at and pound that TCU line and wear them out...

Like I said...if TCU pulls this out I will give them their due but I just can't see TCU overcoming that size disadvantage if Wisconsin sticks to their running game...

Wisky puts this one away late in the third. TCU hasn't played anyone that will pound it down their throats for four quarters.

Has anyone learned that good mid-major teams can beat anyone in a one game shot... especially on a neutral field?

Add to the fact that the way Wisconsin was playing at the end of the season does not matter... it's 5 weeks between games.

Name a top 25 team that TCU beat this year (Utah got beat soundly by Notre Dame so don't even go there).

They played no one and rarely had to keep their starters in for more than 3 quarters.

I hate hearing the stats because they played crap all year and they are skewed

TCU will crush Wiscy.

People will say, "Wiscy didn't take the game serious". "Wiscy was disappointed they were not playing a real opponent, and did not prepare".

All the same BS they said after Utah crushed Bama.

TCU crushes Wiscy...by 20+

And yes, I have already bet TCU to win.

Not actually a Texas fan, went to Oklahoma State. I look at Shaggy Bevo quite a bit and I don't think they have a clue, probably wait until after the bowls.

Need to make a splash with a new OC though, that's for sure

i want Wisconsin to crush them just so it will show what happens when a boise type team plays a real team like wisconsin and not some over hyped choking bob stoops ou team.

What qualifies as a real team? Did you know that all three of the one-loss teams from the Big Ten have strength of schedules ranked in the 60's and 70's which is where Boise State's and TCU's schedules are ranked? As a matter of fact, Boise State played three teams that finished the season in the Top 25, compared to Wisconsin's two. TCU played the same number of ranked teams as Ohio State and Michigan State, one. Granted, Auburn and Oregon played significantly tougher schedules than TCU, but not the Big Ten teams. Why do folks hlike you give the Big Ten teams pass? FYI, here are some more facts for you:

Boise State 48 - San Jose State 0
Wisconsin 27 - San Jose State 14

TCU 48 - UNLV 6
Wisconsin 41 - UNLV 21

If you guys don't lose too many players, I think you could be in the NC if you win out again. The Big East isn't really that great, but it's still a BCS conference. It'd be pretty badass to get to/win a NC in your first year.

Both the Mountain West Conference and the WAC were stronger than the Big East in the power rankings this year.
