Well it definitely be composed of a lot "scrappy, shifty players with a lot of heart" and at the WR position there would be a lot "guys with good motors" that remind the announcers of Wes Welker.

Could do better at LB. Kuechly, Greenway, Laurinaitis, Posluszny were all in the top 10 in the NFL in tackles.
The offensive line would be the best in NFL history. The passing game would be unstoppable. If Hillis ran for 1100 yards in Cleveland he could do it behind that OLine. It would all come down to Watt/Allen/Matthews/Long being able to get pressure on the QB before the terrible CBs got burned.
