What do you think of Jonathan Vilma as an analyst?

He's not talked about much but I think he's doing a great job and is getting better every time I watch a game with him.
Ive always liked Vilma since his stint with the Saints though. Once, while waiting for a flight in MSY, he asked me to watch his bags while he went to the bathroom. I did a solid job; all of his bags were still there when he got back.

He was absolutely terrible in the Steelers game last week.

That’s one of the coolest stories of all time, bro
In all seriousness Vilma is going to have a great career. Seems like a really smart dude and was one of my all time favorite Saints

I don’t know if he’s playing a role of being pro-defense and formulating his broadcast style, but some of his takes are terrible.
It’s one thing to not agree with a rule, but not knowing or understanding penalties is inexcusable for an analyst on network TV.
I haven’t seen a lot of his games. He might be solid overall, but a few terrible moments have jumped out.

Just a small stepping stone on his way to his true calling

He’s not bad. Like him better on tv shows though.
He did great work a few yrs ago when jumping on w/Russillo
