Wal mart. I used jakes method of newspaper and fricked it up. Repainted it and letting it dry overnight. Will revisit this tomorrow.

And just wipe over the lettering or keep to the edges?

You can wipe over the edges a few times but eventually it will eat little holes in the paint. I use q-tips as much as possible around the lettering. It's all trial and error really.

wrap your finger with a paper towel dipped in acetone and rub over the lettering without pressing down too hard
