I don't have a Weber but we stayed in a cabin over the Christmas holidays that did, and I did a couple of bone in ribeyes on that with wood coals from the wood burning oven in the cabin.

It gave me a similar profile that was almost as good. This was obviously better.

Don't do asparagus. I like eggplant and portabellas. I also like whole green beans with chopped onions and bacon smothered down for an hour or two.

When we go to the deer lease we always cook some steaks over an open fire made from mesquite we pick up around the lease. Best steaks I've ever eaten have been at the lease

A weber kettle? That is what I had before I bought my primo. Such a great grill for the money. I sent mine to the lake house and miss it sometimes.
